List of steps to write a good article

When first starting blogging and writing articles everyone thinks writing good article would be easy just because you know the subject you are writing about. Very often putting together a few sentences on the subject does not make a good article no matter how good expert are you on the subject. To write a god article you need an idea, research and preparation. Sometimes all you have is an idea before starting to write article, and with a little more effort put into preparation you should be able to write a good article.

  Here is list of simple steps that should help writers write better articles.


  1. Choose your subject

Decide what your article is going to be about. Define the clear idea of the subject that you want to share. Make sure that your article has only one clear subject.

  2. Do research

Prepare for the writing article. Research the subject idea. Use Google and other search engines to research your topic. Find similar articles. Find out what others have written on the subject. Find and list resources and get all the data that you need for your article.

  3. Write article title

This is very important part. Create a catchy title that will attract readers to you article.

  4. Write an outline

Create article outline by defining sections. Make a structure for article content. Decide does your article need images and where to put them.

  5. Start writing article

Now that you have everything you need you can start writing article. Be clear about the article idea and stay on the point. Reader should always know what your article is about. There is no point in writing on topics similar to your subject because it will only distract the reader.

6. Review your article

After you have finished your article read it once or twice. Very often you will find the ways to improve your article quality.
